Ahoy, Sarah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Eee! Yay for booking your first high-seas adventure with Captain Mickey and his friends! You and your pirate crew will love everything having to do with cruising aboard Disney Cruise Line! Between the Broadway-calibur shows, splashtacular pools, incredible restaurants and daily activities, there's something for everyone onboard!
Your advance booking window opened 75 days prior to setting sail, so if you haven't done so already, you're probably now able to go online and book amazing activities onboard and Port Adventures ashore! I definitely recommend booking as many things in advance as possible. Once onboard, sail by the
Youth Club where your 3-year old will be spending his/her time during its Open House hours on embarkation day. You and your family can take a look at the space and meet the counselors! If your little cruiser is fully potty-trained, he/she may join Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab. If your little one is still in diapers, no worries! He/she will love spending time in "it's a small world" nursery! (Please note, space in the nursery is limited, so I suggest reserving time prior to setting sail. Also, it is an additional charge.)
If you find that it's embarkation day and you haven't been able to reserve an adult-only dinner at Palo, that might be something you would enjoy booking right away. Also, stopping by
Senses Spa & Salon is always fun on embarkation day because they often have raffles for amazing services!
Sarah, I can't wait for you to experience your first Disney Cruise! I believe that this will be the first of "Minnie" cruises your family will take! If you have any other questions before December, please come back and visit us again!
