Ahoy there, Andrea! Welcome back to planDisney!
How exciting that you'll be embarking on your very first Disney Cruise Line vacation in just a few weeks. From the opulent lobby on the
Disney Wish to the
amazing dining options on this ship, I know you'll have a Magical voyage. And... one of the reasons my family fell in love with Disney Cruise Line was the Broadway-caliber entertainment.
Andrea, to your question, you will want to confirm times for shows when you board by checking the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, as showtimes are subject to change. However, I'm happy to share that when my family last sailed with Captain Mickey, shows were presented twice nightly and approximately lined up with
evening dining times. Because my family and I had the second dinner seating at 8:00 PM. We would enjoy the first show before dinner (held around 6:30 PM) and then proceed to the restaurant after. Disney Cruise Line has created an easy schedule so you don't miss a moment of entertainment (unless you want to, of course)!
And... speaking of can't-miss entertainment, let's talk about
partying with some Pirates! I'm happy to share that itineraries sailing to the Bahamas do offer a Pirate Night. While historically Pirate Night on a 4-night sailing is offered on your third night, please make sure to check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App when you board the ship to confirm (
as this is subject to change).
Andrea, with so much to see and do aboard the Disney Wish, you and your family might be wishing you were Captain Jack Sparrow by the end of your trip just so you could stay at sea. I know I'll be wishing on a star that you have an unforgettable sailing. If you have any additional questions, just grab those oars and row on back to planDisney.
Bon Voyage!
Lauren
