We are first time cruiser's and want to take a Disney cruise next fall. We are wondering what is included in the cost of the cruise. For example, will we have to pay for snacks around the pool or for breakfast, lunch and dinner? We are rookie cruisers!

    Ahoy John!

I'm so excited to hear that you are considering a Disney cruise!  You won't regret sailing on any of the magnificent Disney ships...I promise!  The service is extraordinary, the food is outrageously delicious and the entertainment is top notch!  If you want to go to simply relax, they do that well too!  You can relax at the adults only spas, restaurants, pool area and beach at Castaway Cay. There truly is something for everyone in the family.

Food (all meals and snacks) is included in the cost of your cruise; there are some exceptions. The adults only restaurants, Palo and Remy do have an extra charge. Please check out the webpage I've attached, "What's included in the basic price of a Disney cruise?" for more information.

Also, don't forget to budget for gratuities. I did that on my first cruise, and it messed up my budget completely. Here is the suggested guideline for gratuities.

I hope you have a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.  I hope to be wishing you a bon voyage soon John!!
