First time cruiser! Online checkin coming up soon. Was wondering what to expect. Anything I need to have in front of me? What should I prepare in advance? Any advice to make my check in as smooth and stress free as possible :). Thanks!

    Hi there, Sonia!

Welcome back!!  I know you must be so excited that your Online Check-In date is almost here!  Before you know it, you will be at sea with Captain Mickey sailing away for a magical adventure at sea!

First things, first – ensure that you have created a My Disney Cruise account and have the login and password handy.  Then, when the clock strikes Midnight (EST), you can begin your check-in!  You will be asked to provide the following information, so you will also want the following:

    Passport Information
Pre and Post Cruise Travel Information (flights and hotel information)
Credit Card for incidentals and gratuities

During Online Check-In, you will have complete Youth Registration for any young cruisers traveling with you (12 and under) and finally, you will choose a Port Arrival Time before completing and submitting your Online Check-In!

Now that your Online Check-In is complete, it's time for the REALLY FUN stuff – booking onboard activities and Port Adventures!  Visit the "Onboard Fun" section under "My Cruise Activities" and make reservations for activities onboard such as Character Breakfast or Character Greetings (if available for your sailing), adult-exclusive dining, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and onshore excursions!  If the time you are hoping for is not available, check back at a later time or ask once onboard for availability!

Please note, that not all of this needs to be completed at once.  You can start and revisit at a later time; just be sure it's completed at least three days prior to sailing!

    Happy Sailing!
