Ahoy There, Aliya!
Welcome to planDisney. How exciting that you will be sailing to the great wide somewhere on your first ever
Disney Cruise Line cruise! Getting to sail to dazzling places you never knew, while being immersed in the world of Disney, is magical indeed.
Aliya, typically, there is a clothesline in the shower of your Stateroom. Just look up near the shower curtain bar and you can string it across to a metal fascinator on the opposing wall and hook it, and like "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo," the clothesline is ready for you! Bringing clothespins is a great idea to help your swimsuits dry. Some families like to bring other gadgets and gizmos, like hanging shoe organizers. But instead of using it for shoes, they use it to organize clothes (it works great for kids' clothes), diapers, or products. There is a lot of drawer and storage space in the Staterooms, and I am a fan of packing cubes to help keep my clothes organized.
Did you know there are
laundry rooms on the cruise ships? There is a small fee, but you can usually charge it to the room, and there is laundry detergent for sale as well. It's another way to dry your clothes and maximize your packing (after all, you need room for those thingamabobs like souvenirs and Mickey ears!)
I hope this helps you, Aliya! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, sail back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.
Anchors Aweigh!
