    Hi it will be our first time going on Cruise, We will be celebrating my daughters 5th Birthday, However since we are going on the 10 day Hawaii cruise and her birthday falls on a sea day, what types of activities can you suggest to do on her special day?

    You've got an awesome voyage coming up - how exciting! The Hawaiian cruise is bound to offer so many different opportunities for your family to bond. This special itinerary also allows you lots of time to enjoy the quality and service that only Disney Cruise Line can deliver to cruising families. Plus, I can't wait to have you visit my island home!

    You'll have a good amount of sea days, which means -- onboard activities galore! It will be the type of vacation where you can actually choose to do a lot -- or do nothing but lounge all day :-). The Birthday Princess, on the other hand, will be treated extra special on your cruise. Don't forget to pick up a Birthday Pin from Guest Services on embarkation day. I hope she won't mind wearing the pin - she can choose to wear the pin all throughout the cruise, or just on her special day. Guaranteed, she'll get quite a bit of attention from everyone. 

    Make sure that you note on your cruise reservation that you are celebrating her birthday. This information will be received by your dining team, and they'll have a special surprise for her at dinner. Activities for your sea days have not been published yet -- but you can keep track of what's going on by reading the daily Personal Navigator that you'll get each night in your stateroom. If there are Princess Meet & Greets, that may be a good activity for a special birthday photo with the princesses. Your daughter can even dress up in her favorite princess dress. There will likely be Disney Character meets around the ship on her birthday too. The Youth Counselors at the Youth Clubs are amazing at special occasions, I would suggest speaking to them too just in case they do special birthday activities for the kids who play at the clubs... and you can watch too!
