This will be the first time my bf and I will be staying at WDW. Staying for 1 wk. Wondering how much to expect to spend on food/meals for two for the week. We did not get the dining plan. Thank you!

Hi Chris! So glad to hear you will be spending a full week at Walt Disney World. You will certainly be able to see it all and do some extra fun things while you are there.

It is difficult to estimate on food costs as I do not know if you are interested in having three meals a day or more snacking etc.  I would estimate you will spend approximately $30 for a table service dinner and possibly around $20 for a quick service meal. Breakfast costs are depending on what kind of food you would be interested in. There are some wonderful buffets and some character opportunities which would cost more. I would estimate you might spend between $700-$800 for two people. You can certainly spend less by not choosing the most expensive table service restaurants or doing quick service meals twice in one day.  But there are so many wonderful dining spots and I suggest you try to hit what sounds like your favorites. You can check out all the restaurant menus at allears.net. They keep things as current as possible and will give you the approximate cost which can help you make your decisions.

Please note you will also have to up your budget if you choose to have some wine or cocktails with your meals.

Enjoy your magical vacation with some great culinary treats to look forward to.
