Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question. I love that you're thinking about making a reservation at
Lamplight Lounge! It's one of my very favorite dining locations in California Adventure! Great choice. You'll also get fueled up for your busy night ahead! If you have dreams of sitting outside with waterfront views, Pamela, make sure to request a table outside when you check in for your reservation. No guarantees, but worth an ask!
Although Guests with a ticket to Oogie Boogie Bash are allowed into California Adventure Park at 3pm for their mix-in time before the party, I would recommend making a
Lamplight Lounge dining reservation for 3:15pm to give yourself time to scan into the park, pick up your event goodies, and make your way over to Pixar Pier. This way you won't feel rushed. However, in my experience, there is about a 15-minute grace period following your reservation time. Hope that's helpful for your planning, Pamela!
If you want to be near the front of the pack and one of the first Guests to enter into the park for the Oogie Boogie Bash mix-in time, I suggest arriving around 2:30pm to line up.
