First of all thanks for this panel!!! I am planing a WDW trip in Dec 2012 with 4 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. We r planing on staying in the art of amniation resort, would it be easier to travel in our car to the parks or get on the busses with a stroller?

All of us on the Moms Panel are so thankful for you and your questions! We hope to help you love Walt Disney World as much as we do. Disney's Art of Animation Resort is going to be so fun and vibrant! I am envious you will get to see the amazing Christmas decorations the Disney team must be creating for this new resort. Over the years I have folded up many a stroller and lugged it up and down bus stairs. In our family children out number the adults so carrying a tired preschooler, a sleeping baby, a stroller, and dealing with additional worn out kids on a crowded end of the day bus can be a bit much. With your four adults to one toddler ratio you should not have any trouble. I highly recommend taking the bus to Magic Kingdom. Resort busses drop you off near the front gate for an easy entrance. If you travel by car you will have to park, ride a tram, transverse the Ticket and Transportation Center, and then board and ride a ferry or monorail to arrive at the same area that the bus would have deposited you. Much more stroller folding is involved if you travel by car to Magic Kingdom. For the other three theme parks we have driven our car and taken the bus with equal success. Enjoy your magical vacation!
