I am going to my first Star Wars night and I am wondering if the parking garage trams or the toy story parking lot buses will still be running after 1 AM when the event ends. If so, how long will they be running after the event is over.

Hello there, Laura! I'm so glad you visited planDisney with your excellent question.

You must be so excited to attend Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite. I'm taking my son for his first Star Wars Nite, too, and I share your enthusiasm for wanting to plan ahead. Laura, the good news is that even when returning from a galaxy far, far away the buses to the Toy Story Parking Area and the trams to the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures run for one hour after the last theme park closes. So if you're like my planDisney pal Alison and you like to linger until the end of the special event for that perfect picture on Main Street, U.S.A., you've still got plenty of time to catch the bus or tram back to your car!

Laura, remember that your special event ticket gives you access to Disneyland Park beginning at 6:00 PM - three hours before Star Wars Nite begins. I like to use this mix-in time to grab dinner and shop for merchandise so that I am fully prepared to join the dark side as soon as the event starts. Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as the special event night nears, as they often share some of the special food and merchandise offerings for the night. The blog just released information on Season of the Force, and it is must-know information in my opinion!

I hope this information helps, Laura. Please visit us again if you have any other questions!

May the Force Be With You,
