Disney's Magical Express

First night we are staying in AOA, and then staying in OKW the rest of our vacation. When filling out Magical Express information, it only allowed me to reference one hotel (AOA). How do I let them know our departure will be OKW instead of AOA? TIA!

    Hi Kimberly!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you are planning on sampling a few of our Resorts. My favorite part of any Disney trip is the hotel, and I love the fantastic theming, fabulous Cast Members, and most importantly the perks! I think my favorite benefit is being able to book FastPasses 60 days out - that way we are usually guaranteed a spot on Soarin’ Around the World!

Disney’s Magical Express is another one of the great perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. It is super simple to make arrangements to be dropped off at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and picked up at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. You need to make two separate reservations for the bus, and you can do so by calling the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. Let them know that you have a split stay and have already made arrangements for your arrival, and now need to make a reservation for departure. They will be happy to help!

While you are staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, make sure to spend some time touring the grounds. The Resort has 2500 sculpted icons that range from Mufasa to Squirt! Each of the sculptures is scaled to make you feel like you are in the movie that it is portraying. Isn’t that super cool? Recently, my friends and I took a totally fun picture in front of King Triton in The Little Mermaid section, we all looked like guppies compared to him!

Kimberly, I wish you a doubly delightful stay!
