On our first morning at Disney this Sept we are heading to Animal Kingdom because they have an extra magic hour. We are then heading to Epcot for the Princess lunch at 1:15pm. What is the best way to get from AK to Epcot? How long should we allow?

It sounds like you will have a wonderful first morning already planned at WDW, Jenny!

To travel to Epcot from the Animal Kingdom, you will actually be able to board an Epcot bus that will take you directly to the park.  To be safe, I think I'd allow an hour to travel.  On my last 2 trips to WDW, I noticed the buses from the Animal Kingdom seemed to have the longest waits, so I'd personally add some extra "insurance" time to get from one location to another from there.  Also, the walk to Norway from the parking lot is lengthy.

Have a wonderful trip and enjoy your time with the princesses!
