First, let me say I love you all! Why did I never look for answers here before?!?!? The one question I can't seem to find, is...Can a ticket purchased outside (employer discount) be added to my Kttw? Or will we need to carry around both while we are there?

    Hi there Denise!

Thanks for the love! We really do appreciate it!

I think the reason why you haven't seen this question is because it's a very grey area. I have read on non-Disney boards of people being able to talk to a Cast Member at check in and they have been able to get there tickets on the Keys to the World Card... Then, there have been times where a Cast Member hasn't had a clue how to do it. Not that they do not want to help out it's just that they do not know if it can even be done.

The best thing to do would be to graciously ask a Cast Member at your resort during your check in if it is possible. If they say no, just say thanks no problem... If yes, then you are good to go! One great tip that I use is when you receive your tickets and PhotoPass cards, always take a picture of the number codes in the back. This will help guest services track down your tickets and issue a replacement if they are lost. All you need to retrieve your photos from PhotoPass is the code so you will be fine if the card gets misplaced. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! I hope you have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
