Ahoy, Lauren! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you so much for cruising to us with your question.
Hooray! Your Disney Cruise is quickly approaching. I'd love to share with you what I know so that you can prepare for your
Halloween on the High Seas voyage. It's going to be a frightfully fun time! To begin, the activity schedule (including Mickey's Mouse-querade Party and other Halloween festivities), will not be available to view until you have stepped onboard the ship. That's when you'll open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and see everything that is planned for your time at sea. While that information will remain a mystery until boarding, you are able to chat with Disney Cruise Line Cast Members
on their website or
give them a call to ask about the tentative schedule for Pirate Night.
I reached out to them and it looks like your
Pirate Night is scheduled for the fourth night of your sailing. Please keep in mind that entertainment is subject to change without notice. On a recent sailing of mine, Pirate Night was shifted by one day to take advantage of a night with clear skies for the fireworks and deck party.
Your voyage also includes an optional dress-up night, where you may wish to wear semi-formal or formal attire. This will be on the third evening of your sailing. As always, you are welcome to wear
cruise casual attire in the main dining rooms if you would prefer to not dress up. It's completely up to you! With this additional information, we can infer that your Halloween celebration will likely be either the second or fifth night of your voyage.
I hope that information is helpful as your prepare to
pack for your Disney Cruise! If you'd like to know more about what to expect with your not-so-spooky sailing, you can listen to or watch the
third episode of the planDisney Podcast. I had a chance to chat all about holiday sailings onboard the Disney Cruise Line with two of my fellow panelists.
As always, we are here and happy to help with any future questions you might have! Please sail our way again if we can be of assistance.
Have a fa-boo-lous cruise!
