    First fine visit with our 1 and 4 year old! We are trying to plan the best time. When is the best time? What are the rides my kids can go on? And do they still do the rider switch? Help o have no idea what I am doing!

     Amanda, I'm so thrilled to hear you're planning your first visit. You are going to love experiencing the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort with little ones in tow! 

     In my opinion, any time is the perfect time to visit. My family likes to travel during the summer months because we love the Resort hotel pools and the you-may-get-wet attractions. Fall is lots of fun with cooler temperatures and special events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The holiday season is exceptionally magical, but the winter months and spring months are fabulous too! I suggest keeping an eye on the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. A great offer that meets your family's unique needs, interests, and budget may help you decide when to visit! 

     You'll be happy to know that there are over 100 attractions perfect for all ages and without height restrictions. When my sons were the ages of your kiddos, they most loved attractions with gentle, easy tracks like The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Peter Pan's Flight. Boat-ride attractions like "it's a small world" and Frozen Ever After were favorites too. Disney's Rider Switch service is still available to Guests, so if one or both of your little ones are just too little for an attraction, you won't have to miss out!
