Hi this is our first family vacation in 7 years! It will be myself, husband and 8 year old daughter. I want to make sure we take advantage of all Disney has to offer. Please help with time frame and if you recommend the dining package? Thank you

    Hi Veronica.

Congratulations on choosing Walt Disney World as your vacation destination! You, your husband and little girl are going to have such a great time!  First, yes, I recommend choosing the DIsney Dining Plan.

In terms of time frame, I am making the assumption that you mean the best time to be at Walt Disney World.  If not, please let me know more specifically what you are looking for and I'll be happy to help you out.

My family has been to Walt Disney World virtually every time of year.  Every month and season has their own benefits.  My family though loves the spring and summer months that are off peak, such as April, May and October, November.  Our favourite, though, is the fall.  We all love the brilliant colours, the weather, "smaller" crowds and the memories.

Having said that, there is a real unforgettable magic about spending Christmas or New Year's at the happiest place on earth!

Hope this helps you Veronica.  Have a magical time.

    Carrie
