This is our first family vacation with my 2y/o daughter. What theme parks and attractions would be must-dos that include mickey and minnie and water?

    Hi Emily,

First vacations are always so magical at Walt Disney World Resort! The first thing that I would recommend checking out would be the Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones page. It contains a ton of great ideas for how to make your daughter’s trip even more magical.  Because your daughter loves Mickey and Minnie, she might really enjoy Disney Junior - Live On Stage! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater or, my personal favourite, Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot, for a chance to meet Mickey, Minnie and Goofy!

Second, my little guy LOVES water games too and two of his favourite places at Walt Disney World Resort are Ketchakiddee Creek at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Tike’s Peak at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. The big smiles as he splashed and slid to his heart’s content are some of my happiest memories from our last vacation!

Finally, I would definitely recommend checking out the Casey Jr. Splash ’N’ Soak Station at Magic Kingdom Park for some water fun during your visit to Magic Kingdom Park. Just make sure to bring a change of clothes for your little one because she might get pretty soaked!

    Have a Magical Day!
