This is our first family trip to WDW. I wanted to know is anyone has advice for vacationing at WDW with a 16 month old and a 5 year old. I don't know if we should schedule our days or not.

    Hi Kendall,

I would recommend planning a character breakfast or two during the week.  My little ones seemed to be much more receptive to the characters first thing in the morning.  I would recommend Cape May Cafe's Character Breakfast located at the Beach Club Resort.  I would have a loose plan for my days.  If I set up a hard fast schedule and the kids were over tired, or over stimulated then I was stressing over the fact that we weren't having fun!!!  I planned breaks, pool times, and play times in the parks.  I would just go with how the kids are feeling and doing.  I would also take one alone and my husband would take another alone.  It was great mommy and me time.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!!  Heather M.
