We have our first ever trip to WDW in June. My daughter wants a character dining experience with specific characters. How do I know what locations will have these characters and when they will be there?

    Hi, Cheryl!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First visits are full of magic and unforgettable memories.

You will find several fantastic character dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort. Whether you're looking for breakfast with Mickey and Pals at Chef Mickey's or an in-park Tigger-iffic dinner with Winnie the Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace, you are sure to find the perfect location and characters to meet your daughter's request. Just follow the link above to find a current list of character dining experiences, complete with character, location and menus.

If you are looking for a meal with Mickey Mouse, then this recent question contains a list where you can find him. I also suggest taking a look at my fellow Moms Panelist Sally's character dining suggestions. Please note that some locations offer characters at some meals while others have characters throughout the day. Of course, keep in mind that character appearances are subject to change without notice, and advanced dining reservations are highly recommended. You can make your reservation either online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

I hope this helps with your planning. Please write back if you would like other dining recommendations or have other questions for us. We are hEAR to help!

    Have a magical day!
