    I have my first ever trip to WDW booked for April 2023. I have a few questions, but here is my first one. I saw on one of All Ears' YouTube videos that you get a gift card if you opt out of cleaning services at your Disney hotel, is this right? Thanks!

    Welcome back to planDisney, friend! I am so excited to hear that you are planning your very first visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth next year. How wonderful! I am sure that the whole crew is getting excited as you start finalizing all the details and putting together your magical itinerary. I hope you are ready for an adventure full of iconic snacks, fun Character Greetings, and of course epic attractions!

    Anna, I am sad to report that the Disney gift card promotion you are referring to is no longer being offered. This Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel deal was a limited event. You can find the complete list of the current special offerings available on the Walt Disney Travel Company site. 

    When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to pick up a Celebration Button at the front desk of your resort hotel or from any Guest Relations location. There is a very special 1st Visit button that you can pick up to let everyone know that this trip is extra magical!
