    For a first ever Disney visit with a family of four, 1 Parent and 3 teenagers. Planning a visit for August 2019 would you recommend Kidani Village or Old Key West villas.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a tough one! Disney's Old Key West Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village are both beautiful deluxe villa resort hotels.

    Let me offer a few thoughts and, hopefully, that will help inform your decision. Disney's Old Key West Resort has water transportation to Disney Springs. With three teenagers, being that accessible to Disney Springs would give everyone more dining and shopping options. Olivia's Café, with its island-inspired food, is located at Disney's Old Key West Resort. 

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village offers fabulous views of the savannas and wildlife. The views are simply spectacular. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, you gain a few more terrific dining options. One of my favorite restaurants is Boma and we have plans to dine there on our upcoming visit. Although the views at this resort hotel are spectacular, this resort hotel is further away from Disney Springs. 

    Michelle, if you plan to relax at the resort a lot, then I would recommend Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. If you would prefer a resort closer to additional activities, I suggest Disney's Old Key West Resort.
