Hello, our first event is Mickeys Backyard bbq, can we use our Memory maker at this event? Also, we are staying off site so we do not have magic bands, what will I have to show the picture people that I do have the mm so they can link my photos to my MDE?

Greetings, Amber, it's great to see you back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this excellent question!

I'm so excited to hear that you'll be dining at Mickey's Backyard BBQ where you'll dance with Mickey and Minnie while dining on a delicious barbeque buffet! My experience dining here recently, was that Disney PhotoPass® Service photographers were available to capture our special moments (subject to change).

Amber, using your Memory Maker feature without a Disney MagicBand is easy, all you have to do is present your Memory Maker Card to the photographer when your picture-taking is complete and the photographer will link those photo experiences to your My Disney Experience account. Just remember to keep your Memory Maker Card in a safe, yet, handy place.

    1) Don't forget to have your autograph book ready for Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy and Chip 'n Dale who may stop by for some fun, photographs and greets!

    2) If you have booked Category 1 seating for this dining experience, you will be invited to enjoy priority seating, early access to the Backyard Pavilion and food and beverage, and a Character Greeting with Mickey Mouse and his friends prior to the show.

    3) Please plan on arriving 50-60 minutes before the start of this dining event.

Wishing you a delcious and entertaining hoedown experience at Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Amber!
