Hi, there!
Stephanie, I'm so happy to hear you're planning your family's first Disney vacation. You're sure to have a magical stay!
As a mom of three, I know that traveling with little ones in tow can be daunting. Luckily, the Walt Disney World Resort provides lots of family-friendly services that make traveling with infants and toddlers a breeze!
Double strollers can be rented from each of the four theme parks and Disney Springs, but they're a hard, molded plastic and not completely suitable for your 7-month old. If you'd like to rent a stroller when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend renting from ScooterBug. This Orlando-based rental company offers a few different double strollers, but my favorite is the City Mini Double. I love this stroller because the seats recline nearly flat (perfect for a midday snooze), the shades are extra-large, and it folds quickly and easily. It also features lots of storage space!
Did you know you may bring your stroller from home? My family prefers to bring our personal City Mini Double with us on our Disney vacations. We've found it to be very useful in getting our little ones safely through the airports! If you choose to bring your own double stroller, just be sure it meets the
size guidelines for the theme parks.
Stephanie, please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort with little ones in tow. I'd love to fill you in on
complimentary cribs,
Baby Care Centers,
resort transportation, or any other baby topic you'd like more information about!
