    First of all, this will be our 1st Disney Vacation. Secondly, we want to go the week after Christmas. Is it too late to try to get reservations to stay on Disney?

    Hi, Melissa!   I would definitely give it a try!   Call (407)W-DISNEY to speak to a cast member who can help.  They can search all the resorts to see what is available.  Any flexibility you have as far as dates and resort choices will increase your chances of getting a room. 

    At this late date, many of the Advance Dining Reservations will be filled, but once you get your travel dates confirmed, call (407)WDW-DINE to secure some dining locations.  For a very complete list of restaurants, visit www.allears.net and click on DINING.   You will not need reservations for counter service locations, but for table service meals and character dining, planning ahead is a must!
