This is our first Disney trip and we will be spending 3 days in Orlando with a 4 (girl) and 2 (boy)year old. Please let us know which parks our little ones will enjoy and how to maximize our time on our first "magical" trip. Thanks

Congratulations on your first Disney World trip!
The Magic Kingdom will be the most memorable and all around enjoyable for little ones like yours. When my son and daughter were that small we spent most of our vacation time there as that Park has so much to offer preschoolers.
Small children also really enjoy Disney's Hollywood Studios where they can see Playhouse Disney - Live on Stage which is a live show that has the little kids dancing and singing with some of their favorite Disney Characters. And Toy Story Mania which is a super fun ride for all ages!
On my family trips to Disney World where we stay 3 or 4 days we make sure to get the Park Hopper option on our tickets. Then we maximize our days by getting to one park early, like the Magic Kingdom, and enjoy it until lunch time. We then go back to our Resort for a nap before heading to another park for the afternoon and evening. The nap always helps the adults and the kids make it until time to see the fireworks without any break downs!
Thanks for visiting with us here at Walt Disney World Moms Panel! I hope your trip is truly Magical!
