Hi. It's our first Disney trip, we are going on feb 2 for 10 whole days! I'm taking my hubby and daughter who is 4... I wanted to know where are the best places to view the fireworks and parades for all the parks? This being our first trip we have no idea!

    Hi Melanie!

This is a great question.  There are nighttime spectaculars in three of the parks:
    • Fantasmic in Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Wishes in the Magic Kingdom
    • Illuminations in Epcot
All three nighttime spectaculars are fabulous.  Fantasmic takes place in a special stadium built just for the show; be sure to show up about 30 to 45 minutes before showtime for a great seat.  You want to sit in the middle of the stadium from left to right.  Wishes can be seen from many locations, but my favorite location is on Main Street between Casey's Quick Service location and the castle hub; closer to Casey's is better and you want to be in the middle of Main Street.  Illuminations can be seen from all around World Showcase Lagoon.

There are also parades in three out of the four theme parks:
    • Magic Kingdom
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom

The Magic Kingdom has a daytime parade and a nighttime parade, while the other two parks just have a daytime parade.  The parade route will be indicated on the map for the park.  Be sure to pick up a map when you arrive.  Most guests want to watch the parades from Main Street and that is a great place, except for the crowds.  It is usually easier to watch the parade from Liberty Square or Frontierland.  I like to watch the parade in Disney's Hollywood Studios from just in front of the huge Mickey's Apprentice hat.  In Disney's Animal Kingdom, the parade route is huge so it is fairly easy to find a spot; just look on the map.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
