First Disney trip in August. So excited! Staying at Beach Club, thanks to your advice. We have friends staying at the Contemporary at the same time. Can they come to the Beach Club and swim in the pool or vice versa. Love the panel. Thanks.

    Hi Kim,

Unfortunately no, they are very strict about only guests staying at any of the WDW Resorts can only use the pool at their resort.  The only exception to this rule is with the "Value" Resorts, where you can use any of the pools at any of the All-Star Resorts during your stay when staying at one of them and also if you are part of the Disney Vacation Club then you will also have a varied list of pools at other WDW Resorts for your use.  Other than these above mentioned options, there will be no "pool hopping" allowed.  The Beach Club in particular will be very strict and upon entering there will be a cast member who will check everyone's resort "Key To The World Card" as proof of being a guest at this resort and then they will be required to wear a wristband which will be distributed upon showing this resort card.  The wristbands are also a different color every day so no one can abuse the system.  Sorry I couldn't give better news, but there is still much "magic" that I hope you all will experience on your upcoming trip!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
