Hi, Going to our first Disney Magic Cruise on 5 February. I have some questions. 1.) I have a 2 years boy. There are enough choices of food at dinner in the restaurants to my child? 2.) There is a formal night aboard the ship? 3.) What is the first thin

    Hi, Anabel!

Congratulations on your first cruise aboard the Disney Magic -- which is very, very soon! You are going to have such a great vacation with your family!

There are plenty of food choices for even the pickiest of eaters aboard Disney Cruise Line (DCL) ships. After all, DCL revolutionized the cruise industry for families, and you can count on there to be something for everyone -- whether it be for dining, entertainment, accommodations or recreation options. You will find an extensive kids' menu at Lumiere's, Parrot Cay and Animator's Palate. Plus, there's always quick-service and room service if you decide to feed your child before or after your dinner seating.

As far as a formal night, I usually pack one or two dresses (but not evening wear) which can be worn with the same shoes, and I throw in some accessories which can be mixed and matched. I like to wear something a little more dressy than pants for Lumiere's or if my husband and I are dining at Palo. For men, a pair of khaki pants, loafers, a collared shirt and maybe a dinner jacket for Palo is sufficient.

Thanks for visiting me here on the Moms Panel. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
