This is our first Disney cruise on t Disney Magic. Is it necessary to sign up for activities ahead of time and if so where do I find the activities. I am going w/my daughter and granddaughter who just turns 3.

    Ahoy, Roberta!
I'm so excited to hear you'll be cruising on the newly reimagined Disney Magic! With all the new enhancements and additions, the Magic is overflowing with family fun. You're in for a real treat!

On any given day aboard a Disney Cruise, you'll have plenty of activities to keep you busy and entertained. Each day you'll receive a Personal Navigator in your stateroom - a listing of the day's onboard activities and events. I always make sure to pack a highlighter marker so I can highlight any "can't miss" events! Your Navigator will also list times and locations of character appearances, so you can make sure your little princess gets to meet her favorite Disney friends! No need to sign up for any of these fun activities, just show up and enjoy the magic!

Activities that require advance reservations are spa services, adult dining, and any Port Adventures you might want to participate in. Reservations can be made up to 75 days in advance for first time cruisers. Just visit the "My Cruise Activities" section on the Disney Cruise Line website to make your reservations!

Your granddaughter is sure to have an awesome time in the Oceaneer Club! She'll be immersed in the storybook worlds of The Mickey Mouse Club, Pixie Hollow and Andy's Room from Toy Story. Make sure to stop by for a visit on your first afternoon onboard to check out all the fun they have planned!

There's lots of fun for all ages aboard the Disney Magic - I hope you have the most magical voyage ever!
