    Our first Disney Cruise is Dec 2017, and am making monthly payments it states in my account to pay in full by August 2017 to start planning activities, can I plan activities even if it's not paid off or is that the date it opens to all?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and CONGRATULATIONS on booking your first cruise! Your pirate crew picked a lovely time to sail, and I know that you all will enjoy your Very Merrytime Cruise next year. I am pleased to help you with budgeting and planning for your upcoming trip. As a first time sailor, you will be eligible to reserve your excursions, ship activities, spa and specialty restaurant bookings 75 days in advance of your sailing. You will not be able to make reservations until your account is paid in full. I suggest that you use this time to browse the offerings available online and save your favorites for later. That way, when you are able to reserve online, you will already have a good idea of what book. By all means, start your planning now and you will be ahead of the game.
