    This will be our first Disney cruise. Are there beach chairs and umbrellas for rent at castaway cay?

    I'm excited to hear you'll be stopping at my favorite spot - Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! I can't imagine anything better than a tropical paradise with a Disney touch. It's heaven on earth!

    You'll be happy to know that beach chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available, plentiful, and are free of charge at Castaway Cay! Beach seating is first-come, first-serve, so if you have a certain spot on the sand you'd like to claim for the day, I suggest heading off the ship early. My kids love to play at Pelican Plunge, a fun water-play area and platform, so we usually try to secure a spot near there.

    There are also a few hammocks scattered around the island - the perfect place to catch a quick nap or just relax and enjoy the ocean breeze!
