    The first day of my vacation I'm going to arrive at 9:00 I would like to hit a park where can I leave my carry on bags if my room is not available yet or do I have to wait until 11:00 and then leave

    Hi Hiranya,

    Your room probably won't be ready when you arrive at 9:00, but you can still check in and head off to the parks to play.  Simply leave your carry on items with bell services at your resort.  They'll deliver the bags to your room once it's ready.  You can also leave a phone number with the front desk, and they'll call you when your room is available.
