This is our first cruise --yahoo! We are on the Eastern Caribbean Cruise. Are there any vaccinations that we should be considering (i.e Hep A)? Should I be concerned at all?

Hi, Christopher! Yahoo is right! Congratulations on your first cruise...you made an excellent choice by cruising with Disney Cruise Line. Be prepared to be spoiled!

Generally speaking, the best source of information on vaccinations is your health-care provider. He or  she can provide you with not only your personal record of vaccinations but recent information on what may be needed for the particular area you're visiting. As for me and my family, I make sure that we're up to date on our routine vaccinations before anyone leaves the country.

I hope this helps relieve any concerns you may have. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
