Hi, this is our first cruise and we are sailing on the Fantasy 7/4/2015. We are hoping to park our car in the onsite parking lot at Port Canaveral. Is it possible to make reservations for parking? Does the lot usually fill up?

    Ahoy, Kathy!

Congratulations on booking your first Disney Cruise! You're in for an amazing vacation, with VIP customer service that's off the charts. Our first cruise ever was a Disney Cruise, and we can't imagine sailing with anyone else!

While I've never heard of issues with the parking lot filling up, there is an option available where you can pre-pay for parking on Port Canaveral's official website (portcanaveral.com). There is a page for Cruise Parking and Terminal Information, and you simply choose your cruise line and drop-off date for rates and information. Port Canaveral features a nice, secured parking deck with 24-hour surveillance. We've used the Port Canaveral parking facilities on several occasions and have been very pleased!

I hope this helps with your planning a preparing for your Disney Cruise Line vacation. Please come back and visit us here at the Moms Panel if you have further questions before you set sail! You're going to LOVE the gorgeous Disney Fantasy - it's awesome!

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
