We are going on our first cruise in October. My husband is lactose intolerant. Could he bring Lactaid milk along or do they have it available on board? I do not want him to be uncomfortable during our cruise.

Hi Carol! I'm so excited for your first cruise, Disney Cruise Line is a simply wonderful experience from the minute you step on board! Disney Cruise Line is happy to accommodate special dietary needs or requests, you simply need to let them know when you book your cruise. You can do that by telling your Disney Cruise Line reservationist at 800-951-3532 or by listing your need under special requests when customizing your cruise online. Make sure you are specific about needing Lactaid and you remind your server once on board. From what I have heard, the coolers in the cabins are not cold enough to keep milk, so it's best to just let the cruise line supply you with it. If your husband is able to drink soy milk, it is now also available without special request and soy and rice ice cream are available options at dinner.

I hope that helps and that you have an amazing cruise!
