    This is my first cruise and I’m not sure how far port to airport is. Our flight is at 130. And I purchased ground transportation. Is this enough time? How early can we take the bus?

    Hi there, Denise!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so glad you stopped by with your question.  I know you are eagerly anticipating the most magical adventure at sea!  

    Disney Cruise Line ground transfers make it so easy to get back to the airport to start your journey home after your vacation.  Transfer buses begin running around 9:00AM, so that will be plenty of time to make it back to Orlando International Airport for your early afternoon flight.  Disney Cruise Line only recommends that outbound flights NOT be made prior to 11:30AM.  

    On your final night, you will set your luggage out for your stateroom host to collect and then the next morning after breakfast you will disembark the ship, collect your luggage and go through Customs and Immigration.  Once you’ve passed through you will take your luggage to the motor coach for transportation to the airport.  Easy peasy!  

    Since goodbyes are never fun, I recommend booking your next Disney Cruise Line adventure while onboard so that you’ll be saying “See Ya Real Soon!” instead of “Goodbye!”  And, don’t forget to set your next Cruise Countdown Clock on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app!
