Hello, Jon, and welcome to planDisney where, like Moana, the sea calls us!
Jon, how exciting that you'll be setting sail with Captain Mickey so soon! A Disney Cruise Line vacation is the perfect way for multiple family members of all generations to connect and relax. In fact, my father-in-law is sailing with us this September for the first time and I can't wait to watch my boys enjoy the ship with their grandfather!
Now, Jon, I have two recommendations to help with your
dinner seating arrangements. First, you'll want to make sure
all four of your stateroom reservations are connected. You don't need to link every guest's individual account, only your Disney Cruise Line reservations. In order to do this, you'll want to log into the Disney Cruise Line website, and hover over the tab, "Already Booked," until you can click on "My Reservations." From that page, you'll see the details of your booking. In the upper right corner, there will be a box with your reservation number and a down arrow. When you click on that box to expand it, you'll see the option to "Add and Link Reservations." Here you can put the details of the other three staterooms associated with your traveling party.
Jon, I'll also encourage you to
send an email to Disney Cruise Line requesting that your entire family be placed together. While not guaranteed, I know that when feasible, Cast Members do their best to accommodate requests. In the email, I encourage you to list all of the reservation confirmation numbers and the last name of the lead guest in each stateroom.
I hope this helps as you're continuing to plan for your Magical voyage. My mouth is already watering thinking about all of the food waiting for you aboard the ship and I'll be wishing you a delicious vacation in every sense of the word.
Lauren
