I am going on my first Cruise ever and I chose Disney Wonder's 4-night Bahamian Cruise. It will be myself, my husband, my 9 year odl daughter and 5 year old son. I am mostly curious about what to pack in terms of clothing because it will be mid December.

Hi Lori,

Your first cruise ever? That is really exciting, and December is a great time to cruise! The average temperatures range from lows in the mid 60's to highs in the upper 70's - but keep in mind that there is a bit of a "wind chill" on the moving ship's outdoor decks so a sweatshirt and pants may be necessary for the evenings.

In my experience (I've sailed in November and January), it was very pleasant and warm in the day, but chilly at night - long pants and shirts were preferred. Having to prepare for warm days and cool nights doesn't lend itself to packing lightly - but there are self-service laundry facilities onboard if you wish to keep the packing to a minimum.
