    We are going on out first cruise on the Disney Fantasy in May 2012. We were not able to pre-book Palo. Can you tell me if we will be likely to get a reservation once we are aboard? This restaurant looks amazing an we don't want to miss out on it.

    Hi Susan,

    Congratulations on your upcoming trip!  The Disney Fantasy is a stunning and magical ship.  You'll be amazed at how luxurious and gorgeous everything is.  Of all of the restaurants on Disney ships, Palo is my ultimate dining experience. 

    Don't worry about not having been able to get your reservation for Palo prior to sailing.  When you arrive onboard, ask if there is a specific location (other than the restaurant) where you can make a reservation for Palo.  Twice I found that the staff from Palo was set up to take reservations in one of the ship's lounges.  You can also go directly to Palo to request a reservation or call the restaurant from your stateroom.  Leave a message if you don't reach anyone.  I promise that they will return the call.  Disney Cruise Lines strives to make their Guests happy, and more than likely you'll get your time at Palo.
