    This will be our first cruise, which is the best deck? It will be 3 of us, including our 8yr old daughter. I'm sure she will be participating in the kid's club. I was thinking deck 7, but is there a better deck? TIA!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on booking your first voyage sailing the high seas aboard Disney Cruise Line! You and your family will fall in love with being able to visit new and exciting places while being surrounded by the magic that only Disney can create! I remember how exciting it was booking my first Disney Cruise. I have a secret to share: the excitement just keeps growing with each future Disney Cruise you book! EEeee!!

    Choosing a stateroom location is one of the most important parts for my family when booking our Disney Cruises. I love using the virtual deck plan for each ship to see exactly where the stateroom I'm thinking of selecting is located! I'm not sure which of the four vessels you're sailing on, but I think Deck 7 on all four ships is a fantastic location to choose! In my experience, we do not hear any noises from above us when we are directly under other staterooms. Choosing a stateroom on Deck 7 guarantees that!

    Another reason why selecting a stateroom on Deck 7 is an excellent location is your daughter will have easy access to the Youth Clubs located on Deck 5! She's just a couple quick flights of stairs away from all the fun happening in Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab!
