    The first candlelight processional of the year takes place on the last night of my friend's trip to Disney. Traditionally, when are the dining package reservations released for this event? Can you tell me more about this event and package and how it works?

    Hi Pam!

    Thank for sending your question in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Candlelight Processional is an event held at Epcot. It is a very popular event as there are celebrity narrators featured in the show. The Candlelight Processional Dinner Package is probably the best way to go if your friend wants to see the show as there is a VIP seating area and they will be able to bypass the massive lines.  Reservations are not available yet, however I believe these typically get released at the end of the summer. Just to be on the safe side, I would recommend that they frequently check back on the links provided above or they can subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog and where they will e-mails with the latest news and announcements.
