Our first baby will be 6 months old when we visit 10/10. We have a great stroller that reclines w/shade for naps in parks. It was $400+. We're worried about theft when parking it while we ride. Is there a way to secure the strollers? Other suggestions?

Hi, Jordan!   While there are never any guarantees, I have never heard of a stroller being stolen at Disney.   Usually if a stroller is "missing" it often has just been moved to a proper stroller parking area or rearranged by a cast member.    If it is not where you left it, don't panic, look around, and seek the help of a cast member.

Mark your stroller well with a bright colored ribbon or other marker.   Never leave valuables in the basket, and when I was still in the stroller phase with my kids, I brought an extra rain poncho to cover my stroller when it was parked if it looked like rain was coming.

If you are still nervous, leave the good stroller at home, and buy an inexpensive one for the trip or simply rent a stroller right inside the parks.    Wishing you and your little mouseketeer a fantastic Disney vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
