Just got our first annual pass. Does anyone know a calendar I can look at to plan for special events?

Hey there Maylin, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First, congratulations on your new Florida Resident Annual Passes! It's such a blast to be able to "do Disney" anytime and any way you want. Think you want to spend a day at Walt Disney World today? You can do that! Just want to pop over for dinner tonight? Let's go! You can plan ahead or be as spontaneous as you want. It's just one more perk of living in the Sunshine State.

If you're looking to plan some of your time at Walt Disney World based on yearly events, you can find some guidance on the "Events and Tours" page on the Disney website. You can adjust the filters to view everything, or just the tours, or all events, or just holiday events.

Although you'll find lots of general event information on this page, you'll also notice that you won't always see dates for each one. That's because Disney often changes specific dates for regular events from year to year. I'd use the Events and Tours page to get an idea of things you might like to do, but to find out exactly when all these great activities take place, you should also keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. Dates for all events will be announced there first, and sometimes they'll announce plans for brand new things we didn't even know about! Bookmark that page and check it often, and you'll always be in-the-know on what's new at all the Disney Parks.

I hope this helps you plan a wonderful year of Walt Disney World with your new Annual Passes, Maylin. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions, and enjoy all those Disney days to come!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
