Can I see fireworks from the villas at Disneyland

    Hiya, Lisa!

Welcome back to planDisney. As new Disney Vacation Club members with The Villas at Disneyland Hotel as our home resort, my family and I are very pleased to see that you are planning a stay there. We've used our Disney Vacation Club points to stay there five times so far. We are in love with it and can't wait for our next visit. Whether you are staying as Disney Vacation Club members or as regular Guests of the Disneyland Hotel, you are sure to have a magical stay.

If you are staying in a preferred view villa or studio in the Discovery Tower, home of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, you may request a room that overlooks the Monorail Pool. Villas and studios from about the 9th floor and above that face the Adventure Tower may enjoy a partial view of the larger aerial fireworks that are on display during select nighttime spectaculars from Disneyland Park. If you stay in a Premium Downtown Disney View room, such as in the Disneyland Hotel's Adventure Tower, and request a higher floor, the views of fireworks are even clearer. While Cast Members always try their best to accommodate, room requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. I recommend calling the Disneyland Hotel about a week to ten days before your arrival to have requests linked to your reservation. Regardless of which tower you stay in or whether you stay using Disney Vacation points or as regular Guests, you'll enjoy access to all of the shared amenities of the Disneyland Hotel, including the pools, fitness center, activities and events on select days, and more.

Tony's Tip: Because aerial fireworks may not be shown every night at the Disneyland Resort, be sure to check the Hours & Events Calendar for up-to-date information about what to expect. Also, for the safety of Guests and Cast Members, fireworks are subject to cancellation or delay due to higher-elevation wind, inclement weather, or other factors.

Oh boy, Lisa! I hope you have a magical time during your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! Be sure to stop by planDisney again if you have any more questions.

    "M-I-C-YA Real Soon," Lisa!
