Hey, Nichole and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of two Disney Resort hotels my kids always ask to stay at with the other being Disney's Beach Club Resort. They love that its bright, has the Everything POP Dining food court, the large Hippy Dippy Pool and because each visit we can "live" in a different decade. Mostly they love it because it was the Disney Resort hotel we stayed at during our first family trip.
Yes, you can see the really high Epcot
fireworks from Disney's Pop Century Resort if you are in the right place and height. The best buildings are going to be in the 50s and 60s decades. The closer you are to Hourglass Lake the better. Walk up to the fourth floor with a delicious treat from
Everything POP Dining and enjoy the view.
All buildings can be used to see the sky light up from Disney's Hollywood Studios fireworks. Again, the best locations are high floors with lake views.
Lastly, take a stroll to the center of Generations Gap Bridge that connects Disney's Pop Century and Art of Animation Resorts. The views here are spectacular as the fireworks also reflect off the water.
Remember that you are just seeing the very high ariel fireworks because buildings and trees can be in the way. To get the best views you will have to go to the theme parks.
Nichole, I hope this helps make your Disney vacation even more enchanted.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
