Loren from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Are there any fireworks or night shows at Disneyland on Thursday October 3rd or 4th?

Greetings, Loren! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. You must be looking forward to your visit at the end of the week, and I'm excited to help!

The easiest way to determine what entertainment is being offered at the Disneyland theme parks during your visit is to look at the Hours & Events Calendar on the Disneyland website or by checking showtimes in the Disneyland Mobile App. While both will automatically show you today's offerings, you can use the calendar to check for future dates. All entertainment is subject to change, but it should give you a general idea of the show you can expect!

Looking at Thursday, October 2, California Adventure will close early for Oogie Boogie Bash, so the nighttime entertainment will be in Disneyland Park. Currently, it looks like the Paint the Night parade, Halloween Screams (with projections), Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga, and Tapestry of Happiness will be offered that day.

On Friday and Saturday, there are a few more offerings. You can catch World of Color Happiness! (arrive 15 minutes early for the Muppet preshow!) in California Adventure. In Disneyland Park, there are even more offerings than on Thursday night! In addition to everything listed for Thursday, Fantasmic!, Fire of the Rising Moons, and Halloween Screams (with fireworks) will be offered. Please note that during the school year, fireworks are only generally offered on weekends. So if those are one of your can't-miss activities, be sure to catch them on Friday or Saturday.

As we head into October, I hope you enjoy all of the amazing Halloween offerings. Some of my favorites are Disney pals in costumes, Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit, and seasonal treats like the pumpkin cookies from Harbour Galley. The Disney Parks Blog has the Halloween Foodie Guide for the entire resort. It is a must-view for my family!

Loren, I hope you have the best time. Please visit us again if you have any other questions!

    Spookily yours,
    Melissa
