Ahoy, Angela!
Welcome back to planDisney! My crew and I will also be setting sail on
the Destiny next May—so who knows, we may just be charting the same magical course together! This brand-new ship is sure to bring a whole new world of excitement to Disney Cruise Line, and I can’t wait to experience it.
Now, we’re a bit early to the deck party when it comes to entertainment schedules for 2026, so Disney hasn’t officially announced what day
Pirate Night will be just yet. But if history is any guide, your 4-night Bahamian cruise is very likely to include fireworks at sea! Of course, as with any outdoor event, this is always weather permitting—so be sure to cross your fingers and maybe even make a wish upon a star for clear skies.
Once your booking window opens for
Port Adventures, adult dining, and onboard activities, you can check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to see which night Pirate Night is scheduled for your sailing. A little inside scoop—one of the easiest ways to find it is by looking under “My Plans” in the app and checking for Pirate-Themed Makeover. The day that makeover appears? That’s your Pirate Night!
I know you’re already thrilled about visiting both of
Disney’s private island destinations, and I can’t blame you—I am, too! If you haven’t been to Lookout Cay yet, don’t miss the nature trail leading to the historic lighthouse. When we visited in January, we got some incredible photos with the Disney Fantasy in the background—truly a picture-perfect memory!
Angela, I hope this helps you navigate your way to an unforgettable adventure! If you have any more questions, I’m happy to be your first mate in planning. Wishing you smooth seas, dazzling fireworks, and a treasure trove of magical memories on your upcoming voyage!
Sea ya real soon with luck in the air and magic everywhere,
Dustin
