    Are there fireworks in March?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Donovan, you’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m happy to report that there will indeed be fireworks at the Disneyland Resort in March! So far, the Entertainment Schedule has been updated through March 6, 2020 (it’s usually updated about six weeks in advance). Currently, the March Entertainment Schedule has Mickey’s Mix Magic with Fireworks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. This schedule is subject to change, of course, but at least this should give you an idea what to expect. Mickey’s Mix Magic will still be showing in Disneyland Park most evenings, but will only have the addition of the fireworks on those particular nights. I recommend checking back in about a week to see the updated Entertainment Schedule for your day of arrival.

Your timing is perfect, though, to see the brand-new “Magic Happens” Parade, debuting in Disneyland Park on February 28, 2020! This will be the first new daytime parade at Disneyland Park in almost a decade! Look out for both familiar and newer Characters, including Miguel, Moana, and our Frozen 2 favorites! I can’t wait to see the beautiful floats and listen to the new soundtrack to this parade!

Also, don’t miss the newest addition to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the most epic adventure yet, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance! I had the chance to check it out at the media preview event last week, and let me tell you, it’s out-of-this-galaxy! Be sure to download the Disneyland app before your arrival in order to access a Boarding Group for this exciting attraction, if needed.

Please stop by with any additional questions, Donovan… I’m all EARs!
