Are there fireworks at Magic Kingdom on Dec 24, 2023?

Ho-ho-hello there, Terrie! Welcome to the Merriest Place on Earth, planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I'm very happy to report that, according to the Walt Disney World Resort calendar, you'll be able to enjoy the amazing Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at 8 p.m. on December 24 this year. Keep in mind that this could always change depending on weather and other factors, so make sure to check the daily calendar on the My Disney Experience mobile app once you're in Orlando!

Terrie, besides Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, you will also have the opportunity to catch Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade during the day! Both of these holly jolly entertainment offerings can traditionally be found at Magic Kingdom Park during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but you can also catch them without having to purchase a separate ticket during Christmas week. Lucky you!

If you're arriving a couple of days before Christmas Eve, however, I suggest that you purchase tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. As of November 1, 2023, I can still see availability for all parties in December except the ones on December 1 and December 22. If you like Christmas, lower wait times, complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, and snow (yes, SNOW!), this party is a must-do in my opinion!

I hope this helps, Terrie. If you have any other questions, you know where to find us! The best part is that you won't have to leave cookies and milk out to get our attention... maybe. Have a holly jolly day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
