Hi there, April. Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney. I'm happy to help you learn more about what is currently available at Magic Kingdom.
As a result of the global pandemic, many of the traditional
entertainment options around the Walt Disney World Resort look a bit different these days. As of right now, no nightly fireworks are scheduled to take place at Magic Kingdom. There is not any word, yet, as to when Disney guests will once again be able to settle in for a nighttime spectacular show in the sky.
As far as entertainment offerings, Magic Kingdom currently boasts the always charming
Dapper Dans. Their classic comedy and sweet harmonies are iconic elements of any trip down Main Street, U.S.A. Guests should also keep an eye out and an ear open for one of the
character cavalcades that travel along the parade route for a bit of unscheduled, spontaneous magic.
If it's nighttime entertainment you're hoping to enjoy, maybe the
Electrical Water Pageant would be something unique to check out. There are several locations around the Seven Seas Lagoon where you might catch a glimpse. Planning to check it out after dinner at one of the restaurants at
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
Disney's Wilderness Lodge or
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a great idea. It's important to remember that unless you are an overnight guest at one of these resorts, or hold confirmed dining reservations, you will not be permitted to visit. So, if you want to make a night of it, I'd recommend checking for
available reservations.
I hope I've helped, April. Have an unforgettable time during your upcoming vacation!
